📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the branch.,Oversee and manage the staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a similar organization.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of sales and customer service principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
