📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design and construction of medical facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of construction personnel and the public.
  • Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through continued education and training.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of engineering solutions with medical and operational needs.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
  • Professional engineering license or certification is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
