📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation using tools like BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in HR.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR projects as needed.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
• Support the HR team in any other tasks that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
