📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.,Mentor and train junior electricians to maintain high-quality work standards.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and efficiently.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.,Develop and implement electrical engineering best practices.,Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Certification in electrical safety and compliance (e.g., NECA, OSHA).,Proven experience in project management and team leadership.,Strong technical skills in electrical systems, including wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.,Knowledge of electrical codes and standards relevant to the region.,Familiarity with electrical software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
