📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Oversee the training and development activities of the organization.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Provide feedback and guidance to trainers and employees.,Ensure compliance with all training and development policies and procedures.,Manage the training budget and resources.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
