📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the outlet and its products,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
