📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Set up and maintain padel courts, including net heights, court lines, and equipment.
• Assist with the preparation and cleaning of courts before and after each session.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.
• Work with the hospitality team to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sports facility or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of padel rules, equipment, and court maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
