📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.,Ensure the outlet is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that reflects the brand and appeals to customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
