📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet.
  • Support the Outlet Manager in implementing sales strategies and plans.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management and stock control.
  • Train and develop staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
