Zone Pearl Nusantara is seeking a dedicated Assistant Telesales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by managing customer inquiries and providing product information.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to support sales efforts.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,High school diploma or equivalent.
