📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
