📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with sales and customer service operations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
