📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback.,Handle team training and development programs.,Assist in resolving conflicts within the team.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment.,Support the Captain in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure.,Good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.,Familiarity with basic HR practices and procedures.,Ability to use relevant software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
