We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team at CV Putih Ratu in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and manage inventory to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Prepare and present financial reports and operational performance metrics to management.,Collaborate with the executive chef and other department heads to ensure overall restaurant performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.,Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent position.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate and relevant certifications are preferred.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
