📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products daily, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with chefs to create unique and delicious menu items.
• Maintain and clean bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior bakers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of bakery recipes and techniques.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef in a professional setting.
• Proven experience in preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with international culinary standards and practices.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and ingredients.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
