Hotel Elsa Bakery is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the monthly closing process. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable skills and experience in a dynamic and growing hospitality environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process bank reconciliations, payroll, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Participate in the monthly closing process, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager and other department heads as needed.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a hospitality or related industry.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
