📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and stored properly.,Prepare and maintain food stock, including ingredients and finished dishes.,Assist in food presentation and plating to meet customer expectations.,Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control activities.,Assist in special event preparations and executions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
