Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff, ensuring they meet performance standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Maintain store cleanliness and organization.,Conduct regular stock checks and audits.,Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
