📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to support students' academic performance.,Developing and implementing personalized learning plans for students.,Assessing students' progress and providing regular feedback.,Creating engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to students' needs.,Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.,Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance.,Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in tutoring or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with educational technologies and tools.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.,Willingness to undergo a background check.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
