📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle and direct inquiries and requests to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
