📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Develop user manuals, API references, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Work with developers and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and train junior technical writers as needed.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
