Toko Gilang Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring that our ingredients and supplies are procured, stored, and distributed efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain process to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Conduct regular audits of the supply chain process to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or procurement.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and quality standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
