In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, creating detailed site plans, and ensuring that all construction activities adhere to regulatory requirements. Your daily tasks will include using total stations, GPS devices, and other surveying equipment to gather and analyze data. You'll also collaborate with project managers to coordinate surveying activities and provide accurate information for construction planning.

• Conduct land surveys and create detailed site plans using advanced surveying tools such as total stations, GPS devices, and AutoCAD.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Coordinate surveying activities with project managers to provide accurate information for construction planning.
• Perform as-built surveys to document the final location and condition of all constructed facilities.
• Utilize surveying software such as SurvCE, Topcon, or similar to analyze and interpret survey data.
• Prepare and present survey reports to stakeholders, including clients and project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil surveying, with a focus on high-rise construction projects.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS devices, and levels.
• Familiarity with surveying software such as SurvCE, Topcon, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for high-rise construction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid professional certification in surveying (e.g., Professional Surveyor, Certified Construction Surveyor).
