📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily maintenance and inspections of HV, LV, and DC traction power systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve power supply issues to ensure the smooth operation of the rail network.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of the traction power systems using tools like SCADA and other specialized software.
• Lead a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring they follow safety protocols and best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the maintenance team on new technologies and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance of traction power systems.
