📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and mentor a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.
• Implement and maintain high-quality patient care standards and protocols.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies and innovative treatment methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery, Dentistry, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in dental clinic management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing dental clinics and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of dental regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using dental management software such as Dentrix, Practice Fusion, or Dentrix E3.
• Certified in dental practice management or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
