📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of padel courts, including surface checks, net repairs, and lighting systems.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to clean and repair courts, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
• Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule.
• Assist in organizing and executing court renovations and upgrades as needed.
• Monitor and maintain court equipment, including scoreboards, ball machines, and other amenities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and document all maintenance activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, addressing any concerns or issues related to court conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sports facility maintenance, preferably in padel or similar sports.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of court maintenance tools and techniques, including surface repairs and equipment upkeep.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to interact professionally with visitors.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
