🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or bakery setting.
• Proven track record in developing and innovating pastry products.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard pastry equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
