📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Install and commission new HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance in our internal database.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users, ensuring their HVAC systems operate optimally.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Adhere to strict service level agreements and customer satisfaction metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or equivalent role.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air handling, and controls.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician (RAC) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using tools and software such as Trane Tracer, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
