📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Indonesian laws and regulations, including but not limited to corporate law, labor law, and data protection.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they are legally sound and align with the company's objectives.
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for business transactions and investments.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact on the company's operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Represent the company in legal matters, including negotiations and litigation when necessary.
• Provide training and support to the company's employees on legal and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, contract management, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with international business practices and regulations is a plus.
